As a frequently featured speaker at conferences sponsored by the Regional Federal Reserve Banks, FDIC, Treasury and other Federal Agencies, Michael’s work has received recognition and endorsements from the Federal Reserve, NY State Banking Department and National Credit Union Association, as well as R&D and equity investments from IBM, Citigroup, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Omidyar Network and the Ford Foundation.
Upon being enlisted as Co-founder of WhisperSom by David Goldstein, Michael incorporated and renamed the Company, and recruited every other member of the Team including medical, scientific, legal and regulatory advisors, and contractors and consultants. In addition to being responsible for reviving the Company’s U.S. Patent application and the eventual granting of an improved set of claims, Michael recruited and conducted in-home interviews with over 20 test volunteers and implemented over 125 nights of field testing with WhisperSom’s v2 and v6 devices. Once completed, Michael helped analyze those data files and developed WhisperSom’s messaging to scientific peers, regulators, WhisperSom’s Stakeholders, and the Public.
In 2005 his Federal Project ER One received an architectural design award of excellence from Modern Healthcare, and his informatics work was recognized by Microsoft with an award as Microsoft Physician of the Year.
Dr. Feied developed a unique practical software architecture (“Azyxxi”) for the rapid integration, organization, display, and mining of all data present in any medical setting in real time. Azyxxi was acquired by Microsoft Corporation in 2006 as the enterprise core of a new Health Solutions Group.
Dr. Feied has directed more than 100 technology projects and has lectured at the Harvard Graduate School of Design (EED) on technology and healthcare, and at the Harvard Business School on the role of informatics in the service of innovation and change.
Dr. Feied graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with an AB in Biophysics, and received his MD from the University of California, San Diego.
David is a results oriented, hands-on Manufacturing Process Engineer, Component Engineer, Regulatory Compliance Engineer, Senior Purchasing Agent, Materials Manager and Scheduler, and Electronics Technician. He brings unique skills and cross functional expertise that will benefit WhisperSom’s corporate manufacturing, testing, quality control, procurement, and design support infrastructure. David received an ASEE from Franklin Institute of Boston and graduated with a BSIE, Cum Laud from Northeastern University.
Glenn earned his Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance from Arizona State University and an MBA in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
His work has been recognized by international award shows and publications including The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Adweek, Advertising Age, and People Magazine.
Jason earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Rhode Island and furthered his studies at The School of Visual Arts and Columbia University in New York.
A scholar of notable pedigree, Husani has earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Harvard University, a Master’s Degree in Communication Design from Parsons School of Design, and has pursued further education at the School of Visual Arts–as an educator and student–as well as NYU Tandon School of Engineering, Miami Ad School, The Future London Academy, and others. His academic achievements, and commitment to imparting knowledge and mentorship reflect the breadth and depth of his influence in the fields of design and advertising.

In addition, he is Professor Emeritus of Medicine at the University of Arizona where he was Chief of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, Associate Head of the Department of Medicine, Program Director of the GCRC and Director of the Sleep Disorders Center. He was the founding editor-in-chief of the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine (2004-2014) and is the initial recipient of an award for editorial excellence named in his honor. Dr. Quan also has served as the president of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (1999-2000), been on the board of directors of the American Board of Sleep Medicine (1990-1996). a member of the Residency Review Committee for Internal Medicine of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education; and chair of the Sleep Medicine examination committee for the American Board of Internal Medicine. Recently, he was a member of the Steering Committee that developed the new sleep scoring manual for the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and is currently the Editor of the Sleep and Health Education Program at Harvard Medical School’s Division of Sleep Medicine, Associate Editor of the Southwest Journal of Pulmonary and Critical Care and Deputy Editor of Sleep. He is the recipient of the Nathaniel Kleitman Distinguished Service and William C. Dement Academic Achievement Awards, both conferred by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Strollo is currently a Professor of Medicine and Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI) at the University of Pittsburgh and Director of the UPMC Sleep Medicine Center. He is Co-Director of the University of Pittsburgh CTSI Clinical and Translational Neuroscience Research Center. He has been a member on multiple workshops and steering committees within the American Thoracic Society, AASM, and NHLBI. He served as the president of the AASM in 2010-2011, and is the AASM physician representative to the American Medical Association (AMA) Physician Consortium for Performance Improvement (PCPI) and the AASM Alternate Delegate to the AMA House of Delegates. He is currently the Chair of the NHLBI Sleep Disorders Research Advisory Board and is a consultant to the National Football League Cardiovascular Health Committee.
Dr. Strollo is an internationally recognized authority in the field of sleep medicine, with a focus on new diagnostic strategies, management, and cardiovascular outcomes associated with sleep disordered breathing. His work has been supported by federal and state funding, private foundations, as well as industry and includes funding as Co-PI or Co-Investigator on multiple R-level grants and STTRs from the NIH. He has over 100 publications and more than 50 book chapters and invited papers. His recent work with upper airway stimulation for obstructive sleep apnea was published in the NEJM (Jan 2014) and recognized by the Clinical Research Forum as one of the top ten publications of 2015. In conjunction with his colleagues at the University of Pittsburgh Sleep Medicine Institute and the Pittsburgh CTSI, he developed a national sleep research network (SRN) and serves at its Chair. He is an Associate Editor for the Annals of the American Thoracic Society and previously acted as an Associate Editor for the American Journal of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine. He served as a member of the Francis B. Parker Foundation Council of Scientific Advisors from 2010 -2014.
Dr. Strollo has been very active as a teacher and mentor and is Co-Director on a T32 training program in sleep medicine and has mentored or co-mentored 27 post-doctoral fellows and junior faculty members. He served as a member of the American Board of Internal Medicine Pulmonary Disease Subspecialty Board as the sleep content expert from 2006 to 2012.
Dr. Strollo’s position as Vice Chair of Veterans Affairs at the University of Pittsburgh and Chief of Medicine at the VA will solidify the already close relationship that exists and provide synergy to further enhance the academic, clinical, and teaching missions of both institutions.

Throughout her career, Hutchinson, MD has made significant contributions to research and clinical practice, particularly in hypertension, heart failure, and obesity-related cardiovascular conditions. Her research has focused on advancing treatments for coronary artery disease and metabolic syndrome, which disproportionately affect obese and underserved populations. She is committed to addressing these disparities and has led clinical trials aimed at improving care and outcomes for patients from diverse backgrounds.
Hutchinson MD’s leadership extends beyond the clinical setting. She has served as Board Chair and President of the Association of Black Cardiologists and continues to advocate for diversity in clinical trials. Her compassionate care, combined with her deep commitment to research and education, has earned her numerous accolades, including the Watkins-Saunders Award from the American Heart Association and recognition among Maryland’s Top 100 Women. She is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, a member of the American Academy of Cardiovascular Sleep Medicine, and currently sits on several medical advisory and non-profit boards. Dr. Borelli is a diplomat of the American Board of Radiology. Following undergraduate education at the University of Pennsylvania, he went on to earn his medical degree from Hahnemann University and received diagnostic radiology residency training at the University of Oklahoma. He earned his sub-specialty MRI fellowship training at the University of Pittsburgh under Emanuel Kanal, MD.
Recently, as Chair of the Committee on MRI Accreditation for the American College of Radiology, Dr. Borelli was responsible for developing the current, national MRI quality and patient safety standards, which have subsequently been adopted by Medicare.
Dr. Borelli is a sought after consultant with respect to MRI and information technology for a variety of corporations and organizations including GE Healthcare, Apple, Inc., Merge/Confirma (with respect to its CADstream Breast and CADstream Prostate software products) and Codonics.
Experienced as a board member, medical advisor, product development team leader, and editor for various healthcare companies. Published numerous research papers as well as a textbook chapter.
Ultimate goal is to help companies trying to improve healthcare through entrepreneurship.
Dr. Zimmet is an honorary member of the French Society of Phlebology (FSP), a fellow emeritus of the Australian College of Phlebology and a distinguished Fellow of the American Venous Forum.
He was awarded the AVLS Leadership Award in 2008, became an Honorary Member of the AVLS in 2016 and received a Lifetime Achievement Award in Venous & Lymphatic Medicine by the ABVLM in 2019.
Dr. Zimmet has given more than 120 talks worldwide, authored/co-authored 40 articles for peer-reviewed medical journals, and written 8 textbook chapters on venous disease. He has been a keynote lecturer in Australia and India and has served as faculty for the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Venous and Lymphatic Society, American Venous Forum, Society for Interventional Radiology, German Society of Phlebology, French Society of Phlebology, Canadian Society of Phlebology, and Australian Society of Phlebology.
